Roy heads the marketing team in Withers’ Singapore and Australia offices, which covers Southeast Asia, India and the Pacific. He oversees the planning, development and execution of Withers’ marketing and business development initiatives, from business planning with senior partners, client pitches, PR to events. Following the Formal Law Alliance between international law firm – Withers and established Singapore law firm - KhattarWong, he also plays a critical role in the firm’s marketing strategy and other relevant change management projects. Prior to joining Withers, he was the Deputy Head of Marketing with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and has worked in market development roles with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), major financial institutions and a global publicly-listed HR company.
