Trained in Adjudication and International Investment Treaty Arbitration with the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and Mediation with the S’pore Mediation Centre, Anil is on the panel of Mediators Adjudicators, Arbitrators & Mediators in Singapore, Malaysia and India and carries out honorary work with several institutions, societies and associations including as chairman of Society of Construction Law (S’pore)(SCL(S)) (2012-2014) and is its representative to the SCL (International) Liaison Sub Committee (SCL(Int’l)); Legal Advisor to the S’pore Institutes of Architects (SIA), the S’pore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers (SISV), the Society of Interior Designers S’pore (SIDS) and the S’pore Corporate Counsel Association (SCCA); was the honorary treasurer of the S’pore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) (2011-2013); the honorary secretary to S’pore Sri Lanka Business Association (SSLBA) and honorary advisor on International Relations to Asia Pacific Corporate Counsel Association (APCCA) since 2015.
