Pradeep Pillai's area of practice is in litigation and arbitration. His principal focus is general commercial litigation with a bias towards banking and finance litigation; as well as domestic and cross-border insolvencies. He is also actively involved in dispute advisory work relating to employment and corporate/shareholder disputes. He regularly appears as lead counsel in High Court and Court of Appeal proceedings as well as lead counsel in international arbitrations. Pradeep is the Vice-Chairman of the Insolvency Committee, Inter-Pacific Bar Association. He is also a member of the Promotion of Singapore Law Committee, Singapore Academy of Law and a member of the Ethics and Admission Committees of the Law Society of Singapore.
