如果处理不当,父母带孩子出国甚至可能涉嫌绑架。带孩子搬迁或滞留存在以下不当情况:

违反孩子之前常住国家法律规定的监护权,或
搬迁或滞留时实际上是在行使这些权利,或者搬迁或滞留会导致这些权利无法行使。
因此,如果父母中的一方希望长期带孩子搬离香港,而另一方没有明确表示同意,则需要经过香港法庭的许可。
