He specializes in various kinds of public law litigations, for example: the disputes in connection with the administrative contracts and challenges against the administrative actions, i.e., the by-laws and orders. He is also interested in and has experiences regarding both commercial and investment arbitrations. His fields of experiences expend to rendering legal advice in relation to, among others, the public-private partnership, state-owned enterprises, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, trade competition and data protection. During his education, he represented Thammasat University in 22nd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition held in Vienna, Austria. He is about to continue his further study at Kobe University, Japan, concentrating on the arbitration laws.
