Saravanan Rathakrishnan has an active practice in corporate transactions relating to private and public investments funds, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. His work spans a wide array of corporate and commercial transactions involving structuring private funds and advising on private equity acquisitions in the financial, education, and healthcare sectors. He also advises on tokenizations (assets and shares) and digital token listings. Saravanan is also actively involved in the startup space, advising a number of startups on regulatory obligations, corporate structure, and investment agreements with venture capital funds.
