Min graduated from the University of Warwick in 2011 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2013. Her area of practice is primarily in Civil Litigation, including Commercial Litigation. Min’s notable cases include the recent High Court decision of Uwe Klima v Singapore Medical Council [2015] SGHC 97, in which she assisted Mr N Sreenivasan, S.C., in acting for a surgeon in an appeal against the conviction and sentence by the Disciplinary Committee of the Singapore Medical Council on two charges. The findings of Disciplinary Committee were overturned by the Court of Three Judges, and the convictions (and consequentially the sentencing) were accordingly set aside.
