Since qualifying as a solicitor (England and Wales), I have focused my practice on IP disputes with a particular specialism in entertainment industry and internet-based issues. Prior to joining Taylor Vinters Via in 2019, I have worked for a top-tier global law firm in Hong Kong and London as well as media and technology-focused boutiques in London and Brussels (EU-wide work). I am an international intellectual property lawyer working closely with the UK and Singapore teams on APAC and EMEA matters. I typically support clients with IP licensing and protection, international legal and policy advice, commercial transactions and disputes, data protection advice and online brand and reputation protection. I have a detailed understanding of copyright and trade mark law, particularly in relation to online exploitation. I have advised some of the world’s leading businesses and most influential individuals on a wide range of issues including site-blocking, cybersquatting (having filed and succeeded in multiple UDRP and URS complaints), large-scale counterfeiting, 3D printing and impersonation on social media. With this experience, I will help you to maximise the value in your rights through efficient management and protection.
