Yarman J. Vachha is a UK, HK and Australian qualified Accountant (FCCA, FCPA (HK), FCPA (Aus)) and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. The early part of his diverse 37-year corporate career was with international accounting firms Ernst & Young and Moore Stephens where he was a Partner. Thereafter he has 24 years’ experience at Regional CFO and COO level predominantly in the professional services sector. He has held senior operational and Board level positions with Sotheby’s, Allen & Overy and Baker McKenzie and has hands-on experience in leading strategic and operational change in highly complex and demanding environments in Asia, Australia and the Middle East. In July 2017, Yarman set up YJV Consulting Pte Ltd, an independent consultancy, in Singapore. Using a “bespoke” approach to each client and their needs, he advises mainly professional services clients on profitability and operational improvement, growth strategies, remuneration structures, succession planning and mentoring services to partners and staff.
